Ronald Gould
Chairman
Ron was a former CEO of Chi-X Asia, former Vice Chairman of Barclays group investment management businesses and a founder and CEO of investment bank ABG Sundal Collier ASA (ASC.NO). During the financial crisis, Ron was appointed as a Senior Adviser to the UK Financial Services Authority. Ron works on both consulting and executive coaching. His expertise includes market entry, M&A, business integrations, corporate governance and risk management. 


Daniel Shih
Executive Coach
Daniel Shih was a former president of Motorola and PepsiCo in China. He was also CEO of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Consulting and deputy chairman of Stella Int Ltd (1836HK). He is a current board of director at US Fortune 100 company, Archer Daniels Midland (NYSE: ADM) and at Voss of Norway ASA.
Mr Shih holds an Honorary Ph.D. of Commerce from the University of West Alabama. He covers consulting work and executive coaching, M&As and market entry into China at Think Alliance Group. 


Kim Peng An CFA
Advisor, South East Asia
Kim Peng Ang is an advisor of the Think Alliance Group covering South East Asia. He is a CFA and holds a BSc (Hons) at Queen's University Belfast. He is highly experienced in portfolio management, formerly a portfolio manager at Harvest Global Investments and PineBridge investment and a senior investment analyst at IMC and Kenanga Investment Ban. During his time as an analysts, he covered ASEAN markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. He is fluent in Chinese, Malay and English.


John Patun
US Investor Relations Advisor
John Patun was a former investor relations manager in Intel (Nasdaq: INTC) and a senior manager for Brocade (Nasdaq: BRCD). He has over 20 years experience in financial markets, investor communications and socially responsible investment for companies in the TMT sector. Mr Patun holds a bachelor of Arts from Saint Vincent College. 


Michael Austin, FCA, CPA
Advisor
Michael Austin was a former Head of Finance at the Hong Kong Airport Authority and a CFO of a HK listed company, Top Form Intl (333 HK). His experience includes corporate change, succession planning, corporate governance and M&As. Michael is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in the UK and a member of HKICPA. At Think Alliance, Michael specializes in coaching for management.


Anne Pang, CFA, CPA
Managing Director
Anne Pang is a Managing Director of our group. She is a CPA and holds a MSc Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. She was a former Managing Partner of College Hill and Executive Director at Citigate Dewe Rogerson. Prior to her PR and IR career, she was also a former analyst at Infrastructure Advisory Group at Schroder Salomon Smith Barney in London and an executive at Corporate Investment Banks and Markets of HSBC in Hong Kong.  Anne specializes in financial communications and perception research studies.


Henry Chow CFA
Director
Henry Chow has over 10 years of capital market experience working with Bloomberg, HSBC Futures and Chinese asset management firms. He gained extensive experience in equity, derivative and fixed income trading. He was also heads of Investor Relations Practice at Citigate Dewe Rogerson. Henry is a CFA holder and obtained an MBA from University of Hong Kong. He covers industry research, communications and consulting projects at Think Alliance Group.


Matthew Schultz 
Director
Matthew Schultz is an experienced IR and PR professional with over eight years experience. Matt works with companies including Taiwan Stock Exchange, Stella International,  Rykadan Capital, Lee Kee Group and other HK listed companies. He has a double degree in Economics and Japanese & International Relations from The University of Queensland. His expertise includes PR, IR and social media.


Sammy Lai
Graphic Director 
Sammy has been engaged in graphic design and photography for more than 15 years and has extensive experience in jewellery and luxury photography. Over the past ten years, Sammy has worked in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and Taiwan and has a deep understanding of the local culture. Sammy is strongly interested in cultural creation and has designed key visuals for many large-scale exhibitions, including CO-CREATING HONG KONG, Hulu Culture, F11, F22, etc. He has worked with numerous clients, including LEE (social media), CBRE (sale brochure/advertisement), Chow Sang Sang (advertisement), Hong Kong City Chamber Orchestra (concert leaflet), Lane Crawford (editorial photography), etc.


Sharon Teng
Consultant
Sharon Teng has worked for multinational corporations in financial and technology sectors including Sun Microsystem, Ping An Group. She helps clients on media relations, messaging and copywriting. She has a BSc in Political Science and International Relations from National Taiwan University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Denver. 


Eve Tan
Assistant Consultant
Eve is a public relations and marketing specialist and assists our consultants with arranging media interviews, translation and creating marketing materials and content for our clients. Prior to joining Think Alliance Group, she was part of the marketing team of the Hong Kong Jockey Club. She was awarded a BSc in English Language and Literature at the Hong Kong Baptist University.
